Full Send Fridays Downhill Returns to Killington Bike Park This June

Mountain biking season is gearing up at Killington Resort, and one of the summer’s most exciting events is set to hit the trails on June 19th. Full Send Fridays Downhill kicks off a three-part race series designed to welcome everyone from first-time racers to experienced downhill riders looking to test their skills against the clock.

The Downhill event challenges riders to navigate a fast-paced course packed with jumps, berms, rock features, and technical terrain. Competitors will race individually for the fastest time as they descend one of Killington’s gravity-fed trails. Whether you’re chasing a podium finish or simply looking to experience the excitement of organized racing, the event offers an approachable way to get involved in Vermont’s mountain biking community.

Full Send Fridays includes three separate competitions throughout the summer, featuring Downhill on June 19th, Enduro on July 24th, and Dual Slalom on August 21st. Riders can participate in one event or compete throughout the entire series to earn points toward the overall standings.

Practice runs will take place before racing begins, giving participants time to familiarize themselves with the course. Helmets are required for all riders, and participants must have a valid lift ticket or season pass. E-bikes are not permitted during competition.

For spectators, Full Send Fridays offers an opportunity to watch some of the region’s most talented riders tackle challenging terrain while enjoying the summer atmosphere at Killington Bike Park. The combination of high-speed racing, mountain views, and community energy makes it a great addition to any summer visit to the resort.

Registration is $25 per event and closes at 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday before race day, with limited day-of registration available if the event does not sell out. Riders interested in competing are encouraged to register early to secure their spot.

As Killington’s summer event calendar continues to grow, Full Send Fridays is shaping up to be one of the season’s premier mountain biking experiences, offering competition, progression, and plenty of adrenaline on some of Vermont’s best trails.
